This map is very detailed, but the airport is outside its raange. And you can easily get a free 3D map at bangkok airport.

When you are in New York City, you can ask subway conductor for a free subway map and sometimes bus maps from bus driver. Also, you can download public transit maps from MTA, Port Authority and NJ Transit. New York City governor also has a great map link.
